Coaching outside – We walk the talk

JAAC often chooses unusual locations for their coaching sessions, e.g. lost places, museums, nature, which then also require physical activity. Here in Germany, it can be the Starnberger See, the Alps, the Eifel or sometimes little hidden spots in nature somewhere close to you. Part of the changing mindset is already being lived through exercise outside in fresh air.

No need to explain it, you are familiar with the symptoms of an impending burnout, you live it every day! Have you reached the point where you know you can’t move on like this? There MUST be a change.

Here is my suggestion for you, my retreat: “THE RESET”. An addition, or as the basics to the one-on-one and group coaching.
Choosing the most diverse places in the world, but with one thing in common, these are all spiritual, energetic places, e.g. Malta or Ibiza. You will experience exclusive and individual coaching with a duration of five to six days.
During these days you will only focus on yourself and your new, clearly defined goals, such as: improving your personal stress management and optimizing your resilience, or complete changing life goals. Through awareness and positive body-mind-soul training, you change your perspectives and set your new course for life.
You can expect a major personal development, working and learning about yourself. This happens in a pleasant, luxurious atmosphere, with the result TO BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF AGAIN!

To improve your personal stress management, your resilience and your “change of mindset”. If you consider to be part of the arrangement, I offer a one-on-one coaching session to get to know each other.

Seeing the opportunity in a crisis is the key. Humans are creatures of habit and usually resist change. This resistance creates stress. Constant stress leads to burnout.

With my special way to coach, I help you to change perspective, accept the new situations, to cope and manage the stress and utilize the freed energy for your new goals. This is how you get centered and back into harmony. The energy can flow in the right direction again.

The mere process of thinking about who you want to be changes your brain, changes in doing follow inevitably, changes in being are therefore indispensable.
